i need help / ideas for my problem for segmen BMM -

now I tgh very bengang with my colleague. Her attitude towards work dah nosedived (hidung dah terpacak kat tanah 6 kaki agaknya!). All of us here try to work & co-operate with each other & we help one another if the work is overload. But she is very selfish. Her own work she buat relax relax aje till deadline so no need to help the others.

Whereas for rest of us, we are supposed to finish our work before the deadline then we will try to help yg lain. In our line of work / industry, our office work memang berlambak & never ending. So most of us usually overtime but kita tak berkira sgt pasal kerja. She ni tak penah nak tolong, apalagi nak overtime. Dia asyik surf internet (illegal wireless pulak tu!) & watch dvd during working hours di belakang boss. If boss takde or tgh meeting, apa lagi, she pun happy surfing.

Our manager dah berbuih mulut warn her pasal her work attitude tapi She buat deg aje. She doesn’t listen to him or us also.

We all dah complain kat boss yg she ni surf internet but he wants to catch her doing it then he will warn her. So far, he blum catch her doing it. I pun beritau boss yg she is not stupid – takkan boss depan dia, she berani buat. I naik fedup, I told boss – now who is the stupid 1? You pay her gaji RM5000 & her work she do, budak2 pun boleh buatlah. My boss said now we are in need of staff so he is leaving things as it is. Just that, time bonus, he will assess our performance & reward us accordingly. But this is not just abt money. Its more for work division & co-operation. My boss ni memang baik hati. Tiap tiap tahun dia slalu bring staff holiday retreat overseas walaupun dekat2 aje to Indonesia & Thailand.

Socially, the office girls/guys get along well but part office work, my colleagues semua dah tak kuasa lagi dgn dia. Simpan geram dlm hati!

What do you guys think I should do – mcm nak suruh boss choose – Its either she goes or we go!!!

Phew! even thou if takde org boleh tolong or kasi idea, at least I finally let the frust out of my system

(fyi, now I am emailing you during my break time coz tadi lunch time kena work. If we want to use office internet, our manager will log in for us.)

hi kak..sy nih silent reader blog akak...sorry kalo selalu bace jer blog tp xpnah nak tglkan comment ker aper ker...sbb sy mmg suke nak membaca dan malas nak menaip..harap dimaafkan....

ok berkenaan masalah lak...as usual sy sebagai perempuan , mmg byk la koleksi bajuss, kasutss n aksesori,kata pun pompuan...n sy jugak suke wat koleksi cincin kaki...leh dikatakan tiap bulan sy akan tuka cincin jari kaki...masalahnyer skang, ader la mulut2 keco mengutuk sy memakai cincin nih...pelik ker pakai cincin kat jari kaki nih? utk pengetahuan sy ni melayu, ada la kutuk ckp sy nih ikut trend india pakai cincin..kalo india pakai 2 kaki la, sy pakai sebelah jer....pastu ade lak kata sy nih mazhab punk, sy nih xde la ikut mazhab mana2...(bdk2 punk pakai cincin ker kak?)..its for fun...best aper tgk kaki ader aksesori selain gelang kaki...suke ati la nak pakai aper pun...ayah sy pun x bising sy pakai cincin nih.....yang penting bile amik air semayang tuh, air still leh lalu kat jari kaki tuh.....keco kan org camnih? suke ati la nak pakai aper pun, selagi sy x kaco, xkomen, x kutuk , x maki cr dressing dorang, leh x dorang jangan kutuk cr pemakaian sy....isk bengang giler...gua rasa cam nk baling jer heel 6" kat kepala saper2 yang kutuk tuh....sila la jangan jadik bz body aper yg org pakai..selagi mende tuh x salah dr segi agama n x menyimpang akidah....for me its ok....
