Mat Bunga menemberang kak merah nya bersungguh...alah aku cayakan je lah temberang ko tu Mat.

oh i hv to visit Ms Bunga's family coz the house that we intend to buy insyallah is very near by to her house jugak. Kalau x singgah mau dia kecik ati plak. gambar abang and gegirl kat atas n bawah ni dalam rumah sample yang kita pi jenguk tu lah.

korang takmo la tanya kat mana location and harga ye...sbb saya tidak akan memberi butiran terperinci. This is not the 2 1/2 storey like the one before, this is 2 storey wt 4 rooms + 3 rooms n slighly expensive than the previous one.. Semua bilik besar2 gedabak.... Sirman insists we choose this house. Bunga senyum Sirman punya nakkan rumah ni ...very the sweet ok!

thank you to mr husband, for the best house that u are getting for us. To my frens n the readers, thanks for yr recommendation, i think we will stick to this one, let s call our new landed house as CV. Tak tau la kalo nxt wknd aku ajak lagi jalan2, jumpa yang lain plakkan...

Picnic at Gazebo...

We continue our jalan2 carik carik rumah baru again. The previous one that we intend to buy, is not confirmed yet. It s not that rush to get a new house, but we really hope by this year, a landed house property is in our hand la...lagipun we hv VA already. so man man, pelan2 kayuh.

Few units gak kita pi tengok but lom ada yang berkenan, sbb tak nak makan minum kat mamak or mana2 kedai, aku beli bungkus gerai tepi jalan beehun and mee goreng for 3 of us. Sirman just ate the karipap.

entah perumahan mana tah, kitorg benti and nampak gazebo n terus stop for having our tea time. Air suam 2 botol memang sedia ada, so makan le memasing ala2 picnic gitu. aku tak tau la ada yang pangai style cam aku ni, but nothing wrong makan macam ni, aman pun ye, tp pas makan kemas kan la balik.

kalau ko rasa ko 'diva' sangat, rasa jijik makan cenggini, x pek den nak nolong dor...

Kenyang makan, alhamdulillah after 20min kita sambung balik jalan-jalan carik rumah...

Orang yang dok kat area umah itu mesti heran..kat sini pun dema bley berkelah...

5 rooms + 4 bathrooms.

This is the best house la yang sirman n i rasa suitable for us. Rumah kaya2 lawa gah mewah pun tapi kalo account cam hampeh tak guna gak nak beli. It should be affordable for both of us. N this is the best that we can get. Ada satu lagi yang kita tengok, tapi harga dekat2 nak cecah sejuta. huh!

Insyallah, ada rezeki one of the unit will be ours.

sirman is trading in his old car, he intends to take this car but i dont really agree. 2nd car for 1 family should be cheaper than the first car....
